I haven't seen this one before, so I'm stumped.
My 75a alternator fuse didn't just blow, it fucking melted!! And it smells like shit might I add.
Any thoughts?

Wiring looks fine, battery is fine, alternator is fine, maybe I overloaded it with bullshit? Time to disconnect the subs?

Input please...

I think you answered your own question. Disconnect the subs and see what happens.

I don't see how an amplifier would cause a fuse on a different circuit to melt.

Replace it. Get a friend, grab an Anmeter, and see what's going on when it cranks.
