Do cams if you do GT2871R.....I had this turbo for 2 years with no cams, and it is amazing, but after a while you get tired of the car feeling like it is losing power around 6000 RPM..... I have cams and Greddy IM and now I feel like even in 3rd and 4th gear it pulls reall hard all the way to like 7500 RPM.
