Sending aid to Haiti?

Uh...a lot of people here have selective memories.

There were tons of countries that were offering assistance to the US after Katrina struck New Orleans.

For what it's worth, I'm all for giving aid to the people in Haiti, for the simple fact that I think it's fucked up not to help people in need. Especially after suffering the massive amount of damage that Haiti has.

But hey, I'm sure being a hard-ass on zilvia, talking about survival of the fittest is cool, too.

It's not like US is the only nation that 'cares.' If they don't help, there will still be other nations who will. However, it's a polite gesture to offer assistance if there is means to do so. It doesn't even have to be a hundred million dollars, since that seems too generous to people, but anything would be nicer than nothing.
