im a newb to bare with me. i an trying to leave feedback on my wonderful experience using your Marketplace section on a good internet private seller, but i am having problems. the seller has left me feedback and as i click the notification PM i go to leave him feedback and it said action needs premission or something? Can someone help?

Thank you for wanting to leave positive feedback. The reason you are having a hard time using the trader rating is two fold...one you haven't been here very long and two you have very little posts. Once these things have had time to mature and increase then you will have no problems leaving feedbacks.

ok when will i be able to trade rate? how many posts or how long do i have to be a member for?

Just wait and be patient. I'm not about to give you a specific post number so that you can run around whoring posts in every thread you can, just so you can give someone a trader rating.
