Question for those who did the Z31 rear bracket with 03 Altima rotor

Well, I did the Z32 front brake and due to the crap pads and rotors on the back, the front will lock up way before the rear. Since people talks about the lock up issue even with good stock rear brakes, I decided to do the bracket/rotor upgrade. However, it seems like the rear pistons will barely touch the rotors. I did greased up the pad before putting them in, but they make bad squeaking noise.

Did I do something wrong? Or a bad bleed?

I did check and recheck the following:
Torque down everything (checked twice
Grease on the pad
