Nismo Subframe Bushing Install with PIC?

Base on my search I would need to remove two sleeves on the front side of the subframe. But after removing both. It seems like I would need to remove the third bushing? The nismo bushing seem like it just to tight. Please see pic attached. The first pic are the sleeves that I pulled out the second pic is the sleeve that is in question. Again thanks. I tried searching but no luck.

It's for 95 S14

Thanks

I have no experience with Nismo Bushings, but if you are swapping say PBM solid bushings, you need to cut the collar out.

There is a metal outer collar, rubber, then inner metal tube.

@#%k that burning non-sense guys do around here, saw-all around the bushing, dropping the center tube out, then saw-all the bushing collar, pound out with hammer. Takes like 30 minutes.

Just don't use a POS screw-driver.

Finished product -
