I have been told it is better to install while on the ground, forget the reason, but it seemed like a very logical reason, not just a becuz I said so thing.

Look on www.nissanperformancemag.com its in there somewhere.

The different b/w having a bar and not having one OR a no name brand vs. a brand name?? I could feel the different for having a bar and not having one, definitely feel it. As for the brand name bar, i wouldn't know. I guess not much. But you can try, if you have money to spend buying both kinds.

mine feels awesome, i have one of those cusco's in the rear, and in the front and it feels so good. I can swing my car any witch way when i want, and I feel more stable when changing lanes quickly on the freeway.

no need to lift car when putting it on cause weight of the car will keep struts and shibage in place. = easy as hell.

Its a subtle difference, but its definately there. I put both of mine on at the same time, so i can't speak specifically about the rear bar though.

the best description i've heard is:
It helps the car settle into turns quicker.

You should notice it when you first start turning, especially if you turn quickly. Without the bars, there is a little transition phase before the car feels completely stable, the bars eliminate that.

And no, like they said, don't jack up the car to put it on.
