need help removing lower timing cover plzzzzz...

alright here it goes, I somehow got a small hole in my lower timing cover?? WTF!! anyways, I am trying to remove it to replace it, its loose but wont come off?? am i missing anything. All the bolts are off, the upper cover is off, water pump off... nothing in the way on the outside of the cover... front bolts on oil pan are off... I can move the cover about an inch but cant get the SOB off...
Any help plz...

did you do this ?

you have to drop the front of the oil pan, and remove 2 strainer bolts. then it will come off. i did my timing chain kit on a ka24de.

sorry about not telling what engine it was. ka24de 96' s14.. thanx for the reply on the oil pan, I ended up pulling out my front strut bar to get it off completely. I needed to put the energy suspension kit, and the new tension rods on anyways.
