I'm finishing a design for an equal length twin scroll manifold and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about implementing anti-reversion cones into the runners? It seems counter intuitive to place any restriction in the runner. Merits? Drawbacks? I'd like to hear from someone from full race too.

Agree'd. Plus putting those in will only cause a greater head loss in the fluid flow.
