am i missing something,or does it say in the quote box that the damage was due to faulty install,and not covered so therfore the brain wasnt replaced???

it wasn't covered in the warranty due to faulty install, therefore i had to pay out of my own pocket to replace the parts and not get the parts replaced for free. i hope this clears up any confusion.
