1. it was never offered in north america (in this trim, anyway)
2. there is no smog equipment on it
3. you cannot swap a lower displacement motor into a higher displacement chassis (ie you can't swap a 2.0 into a car that is originally a 2.4, you can only swap newer than your chassis, and if the motor is larger in displacement. and it has to pass smog)

the ONLY WAY THIS WILL BE LEGAL, is if you swap into a car that is older than the smog test cut off. this is a great motor for old school datsuns.

i don't get why this motor hasnt sold. its newer than most sr's, rebuilt, quality parts, slap on some det parts and get a ecu tune and call it a day!
