hey guys i need to figure out where the clips go on a Navan skirt. I got a 95 240 but there are no mounting holes corresponding to the clips
as you see there are hangers and plastic rivets that mount onto the hangers, but there are no holes in the body to clip the plastic rivets into. Any help? thanks |

Drill holes. Problem solved. Just kidding.
Question about Q45 brakes- i read that the 240's abs sensor is in the spindle/hub, as opposed to on the caliper. Does that mean I can just remove the sensors that are on the q45 caliper? |

Looking for shorter radiator that'll fit in s13. Want to do mid mount intercooler setup with pipes going on the sides of the radiator, pretty similar to Max setup but want to keep functional flip lights. Does anybody have experience with aftermarket radiators for other cars that will fit that project?

Makes the rear spin posi (both rear wheels). It completely LOCKS the left and right rear wheels to one another, so while the positive is two wheeled burnouts, the negative is that those two wheels arent allowed to turn at different speeds, which can be noticeable when going around tight turns. A limited slip differential (LSD) locks the rear wheels only when they break traction. This allows the car to go around turns without skipping, as many welded difs do.
Welded difs (generally) are best suited for track/drift only cars, but there are plenty of guys who rock them on the street. I like a comfortable ride in my semi-performance vehicle, so i stick with a semi-performance dif.. the vlsd. Best of both worlds in my opinion, when taking into consideration of cost, comfort, and performance. |

^ I think the turn signals are called winker lights.
I live in Missouri and it's in the 20's in the mornings and getting colder. I run 10w-30 in my SR. Is it too thick? It seems like it to me, but I saw people up in Jersey running like 15w-40 or something so I can't tell if I'm being overly sensitive about it. I just don't wanna cause damage by not doing something so simple as switching oils. |

If you are starting your car in below 32F weather I would switch to 5w-30 for the winter.

Can anyone provide me with basic instructions to install Navan sideskirts?
-I really don't want to drill holes in my car. -the rear part of the skirts have holes but when I look at my rear fenders there is no place to screw. |

i`m not sure whether this is the appropriate place to ask this..
anyway.. sr20det typeX (J4 ecu) in a s13 hatch.. what can cause the ecu to send more than 5v to the sensors? 5.12v to be exact.. this is the supply voltage to the tps.. the tps keeps on blowing out.. i measured the supply voltage that goes to the ect (engine coolant temp).. it shows 4.89v.. if the power is shorted to positive, it would give 12v right?? (or whatever the batt voltage is) i`m stumped. any help is appreciated.. thanks |

Neither of those sound when i lock the doors. previous owner said he put in another horn besides the stock one, but maybe he meant he replaced one. I do only see those two horns. I can get the horn to sound off with the panic button, but im curious if one of them should sound when the door locks as well.

When the alarm sounds both horns should go sound and the headlights should flash.

If you have a s14, OEM s14 front hubs WILL NOT FIT. They have a different bore size, I believe the OEM front hubs are too large in circumference.
What do you mean by "shitty-looking" front hubs? For the record I had Ichiba hubs and had no problems. This was my car I built last year |

acouple of brake related questions...
-Can i use a usdm s14 front brake caliper on an s13? Ive heard people say they are the same, but ive also heard its not safe to have one s13 and one s14 caliper on at the same time. Need to replace my front drivers side caliper and have a good s14 caliper -When looking at used brake calipers what are the main things your looking at to determine if they are good or not? thanks |

make sure all the parts are there, not broken and check the seal around the piston. the valences won't directly fit and i'm not sure about the skirts. i've been told they're different, but never tried fitting them.

Where can I get 16 or 18 guage Wire, 30Amp toggle switch or button, (2)Male and (5)Female blade connectors? My friend wants me to help him put in a toggle switch to do the lazy eyes to his headlights.
