Hey guys, I plan on moving to SD on a couple months. Is the area around qualcomm a generally safe area for s13's theft wise?

get a place with a garage, or just make your car harder to steal than the one parked next to it...LOL other than that, if someone wants to steal your car, it doesnt matter where you live....
