$245 picked up (225 if you give me the drivers S13 seat) for a pair of mint Black/Grey center Base models, these don't have the terrible mesh pattern in the center like the SE's, passengers might have a crease memory on the back due to jack resting on it during the winter, but it should come back after a while. Hardly used and out of a garage queen. I'll even help install them since I got to be quite good at it. Both have the lap belts and sensors.
