![]() I know bondo can fix cracks, but i do not know if it can be used to make a shape. My lip has a nasty wedge on it and i want it gone!

dont waste your time with bondo. itll just crack to shit and break if anything hits it or you rub.

I'm curious about fixing mine as well, its got a big chunk out of it, i was thinking either fiberglass or putting a piece of metal to the shape of the lip then filling it in with expanding urethane foam and shaping it down like bondo

bondo does not like to bond to urethane. if you prep the area properly it WILL work, but as stated above, if it so much as flexes the bondo is going to crack.
