I'm hoping they can salvage most of it, it seems that's probably what they'll end up doing making a museum, I'd love to see it once they are done.

Its cool that they discovered a city, but every time a lost city is found they call it Atlantis.

I don't think its possible for a made up city to exist.

Just like its not possible to discover Camelot and King Arthur.....

Not sure about 'Atlantis' which is more of a fairy tale, but I love archeology and it is always exciting when something this big is discovered.

Well like the video said, it does fit Plato's description and the pic of the imaging did show it.
It would make sense as well with Plato's story, that it was in an area hit by a Tsunami as that too would lead credence to Plato's story.
The last place they thought might have been Atlantis was Santorini off Greece because it has gone through a Cataclysmic Volcanic eruption and Tsunami as well. Destroying the Minoan civilization there and on Crete.

This new site though fits Plato's description accurately and sounds exciting they should excavate and show the world. Archaeology is fascinating shit.

Yeah I mean since it is pretty recent there won't be until they start getting more in depth with the search, but stuff like this peaks my interest and gets me excited compared to alot of the sad stuff thats been on here recently.
