Hello just right now my brother went out to get some yogertland because he just finished his semester.

so my brother is at a stop light and a rx300 he sees from the rear view mirror is coming pretty fast and stops next to him on his right side. There armos dudes I’m not saying that all armos drive bad but some drive like douche bags here in la.

The light turns green and my brother sort of takes off a bit fast and so douses the rx.
The rx tries to cut him off on the right shoulder and right over the white line the guy slams on the brakes and my brother had really no time to brake.

Because they stepped on the brakes the rx really swings forward hard so the whole rear end is high and my brothers car just smashes into the bottom so of course my brothers car is really smashed and the rx has a few paint chips -_-

i know my brother rear ended him and usually people who rear end have the fault.

But this seems so wrong!
Any info that can help my brother please lmk

im just gonna take a wild guess, was this on los feliz blvd? haha.

armos and the parked cars thing leading people to speed up to pass in right lane, i used to see it everyday.

if you file a police report, you let them know what happened. if the rx300 was speeding to pass you in that situation he would be at fault. it always helps to call police to the seen but they wont come out unless there are injuries.
so you just explain your side of the story, and in the end it wasnt his fault. truth will prevail.

actually it happened on la brea and close to melrose,
good guess thou when i drive from work (la zoo) i always see that on los felez. im always careful. ahah

1. You should have other persons license info (name etc), plate # and their insurance info.
2. You should have called the police
3. You should have made the police ticket other driver (very important as it proves fault)
4. You should claim it to other driver's insurance company with a copy of police report

Story could go your way stating that he sped up trying to beat your brother to get in the other lane -or- he can say, your brother sped up not giving him room to merge and not being a courteous driver.

Technically your brother crashed his car street racing. If he didnt call the cops or get the other drivers info he is fucked.

yes they did stop
and we called the cops and there like yeah "if no ones injured or damage of private property than no ones going". first they said it was gona take 2hrs for a unit to get there and then they said the call was cancelled.
my brother went today in the morning to get a report and they said "we dont do that anymore" which i find kinda weird.
no cops so i guess that throws my brother in a bigger hole.

naa they where straight armos haha it was 4 of them yay 4 clams of back injury.

Speaking as a claims agent for an insurance company if the facts of the accident are as you say then the other driver is at fault. However good luck proving that to another insurance company with now witnesses. If your brother has collision coverage on his policy then he should file through his coverages and have them subrogate (go after) the other insurance company.

If he doesn't carry the coverage he can attempt to file a claim with the other drives insurance but he should be prepared for them not to pay all if any of his damages.
