from what i know...thats the stock setup. Same thing that you get from the dealers, jes without the nissan stamp on it.

i am aware that daikan manufactures exedy along with oem.

well if it's cheaper than from the dealer go for it. friends have told me their high performance exedy clutches are awesome.

Exedy also makes the NISMO stage 1 clutch good ror ~300whp. That's what I got whan I sawpped my engine

I got that clutch rite now in my KA which is not running. I toasted my last clutch so I went ahead and got that exact clutch set from the same guy 3 wks ago. Slapped it on, resurfaced my flywheel, put it back together, start the car and *POP* I didnt have 5th, and rev. I blew my tranny out when my clutch went out all at the same time. So rite now i got a clutch set and resurfaced flywheel which hasnt seen the road yet. Anybody interested???

Exedy makes really good clutches. I have a factory one that I abuse pretty often and has held up fine for me.

where do you get flywheels re-surfaced?

I got the same clutch that he got posted on top of this thread. Stock excedy/daikin clutch. I got my flywheel resurfaced at a napa store that has a machine shop for $35.

i took it to oreillys, turned it on their rotor turning machine. it was free, woot!.... thats cause i used to work there... they charge 8 bucks for regulars.
