I didn't read through all the post, but please tell me someone mentioned Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas! Best drug-related movie of all time, starring Johnny Depp. They take a road trip from LA to Vegas in a rental car packed with a suitcase full of drugs while checking into vegas hotels under phoney names with intent to commit capital fraud.

"We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of
high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half-full of cocaine and a whole galaxy
of multicolored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... also a quart of tequila,
a quart of rum, a case of Budweiser, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls.
But the only thing that worried me was the ether. There is nothing more
irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge..."

Oh, the Doors movie is quite awesome as well. I don't like the ending though...much like with traffic and blow. Unfortionately realistic endings are depressing...

Dude, go to best buy, it came out 3 weeks ago on 02/24 my man... I got it that day and have watched at least 10 times since then. A lot of other people, on the other hand, weren't so lucky, it didn't ship a BUNCH of copies that first week, but sold like free crack anyway, so everywhere was sold out for almost the entire first 2 weeks... But now that you mention it, that is some FUNNY shit to watch when inebriated.
