the only necessities are,

CLEAN TITLE, OR SALVAGED BUT ONLY BY THEFT
CLEAN DASH
CLEAN PAINT
CLEAN EXTERIOR
NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
