I love 240s and all, but I don't think one could beat a V12. I'm not saying I don't believe you. More power to you if you did beat a V12.

I'm going to go race everyone and their mom and get it on video (ala cheeze frog) to show you guys that a 240 can kick some ass! but I'll need a SR first, and a gt30, walbro fuel pump, 750cc injectors, Z maf, Spearco front mount, RSR exhaust, exedy clutch, Apex AFC, Toda flywheel, greddy manifold, greddy downpipe, HKS O2 elbow, and some dyno tuning. I'll let you guys know in a year.

I really wouldn't call this a kill since the atmoshpere would leave some people in a 150K to drive carefully.....meaning the guy would have OWN3D you if it was on the highway (no cars around) or ON THE TRACK. BTW...I'd advise that you should be very careful. Either way..glad you got upclose with such a nice car.

BTW...the title to this thread is weird...

I can buy a 87 Civic DX for $400 and lose to a 240...or better yet...I can lose to one for free riding with my aunt.

I smoked a m3 with a stock sr in a base '89 coupe. by the #'s thats not possible either. It was up a hill and started at 45mph though. its weird. who knows. good job. be safe though.
