Is this one of these scams???? In which people pay for seomething at the parking lot of a store and they can't open the item first, and when they do it's not the actual item?

These are legit drove down to pbm with him to pick them up i installed my set and he wasnt satisfied with the amount of neg camber adjustment so he's selling... the buyer will obviously have to open the box
