Dude I'm as proud as the next guy and love DIY to save money, but get a professional alignment!!! Suspension does not fall in the "horseshoes and hand grenades" category! Close enough won't work! Every piece of your rear susp is adjustable and you can't just eyeball things like toe/ camber/ caster/ ride height. Find a reputable shop to do the work. They'll probably find your wheel hop issue too. Everyone posting in this thread has given you great advice, but we can't inspect or align your car from here, so get the alignment.
