Steering slop/play

I'm afraid this may be one of those things that you need to experience first hand in order to be able to truly understand it, but here I go...

I noticed this problem a long time ago when I would sometimes turn (left or right) and straighten the wheel out, the wheel might want to stay turned in the direction I just came out of.

EX: I just turned left and now my wheel wants to stay to the left and requires me to push it to the right in order to stay driving straight.

Well now, after a couple months of this, it's gotten worse and will change from left to right and back again while driving in a straight line even. At this point I've replaced just about every single steering component besides the rack itself. (inner and outter tie rods, knuckles, flcas, tension rods, sway bar, and steering rack bushing)

Are these symptoms consistant with the needs of a new rack, or is there something I'm over looking? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

Rack bushings maybe. Sounds like the same problem I had before. I changed my bushings to energy suspension ones and it went away

interested in this too.

I changed nearly everything steering related. Wheels, tyres, brake discs, calipers, pads, knucles, arms, coilovers, bushes. The only things i did not change front are the steering rack and the steeering "disc" (i have a metal one but really cant be arsed to change the thing).

The steering wheel "vibrates" when going straight (even with brand new discs), and it feels like it pulls randomly left or right when braking. Which is quite scary...

Any idea what could that be ? i have 5 minutes of total opening on the front, but it did that too when i did not.
