Its a japanese rom tune company so you're shits out of luck. Even if you can somehow speak japanese and contact them directly, its a rome tune, doubt they track what that specific ECU is tuned for. All they can do is put a different tune in there that you specify for your engine setup.

You'd have a better chance of contacting RS-Enthalpy and see if they can try to do new tune for you.
