Got my wheels and tires!!! '98 Cobra Wheels!!(56k warning)

Ha i finally got some rims, and tires man....i love it to, we ended up going 5 lug...got soe 17x8+30 mustang wheels....300zx brakes in the front we already have the front on, were putting the back on today the tires are TOYO PROXES 4 225/45/17 and they barely squeeze in the front

hell yeah man, you now have traction out the yin yang. think about it. you've got rims that are wide enough to offer a 31-3300lb cobra sufficient traction and your car is like 400-600 lbs lighter at least... freaking beautiful.

we are about finished putting the back ones on now....i havnt got to try the proxes 4 out yet im still waitng on stainless steal brakelines...rear rotors.....pads...and a few more other things before we will get to run it up and down the road..had it since late august, still havnt go to drive it but oh well i dont have a license yet so no to big of a deal but i do have my learners and we have some curvy roads around...im so anxious...lol

haha Good suff brian, glad you went 5 lug the cobra wheels look good. I saw a 03 cobra yesterday and am leaning towards a set of those 18x9 for everyday running around big cheap and good sizes and offsets good job man

steeles: im glad we went 5 too? i must thank Volk wheel company for that, though, they pissed dad off so much about not having any 4 lugs in stock he said fuck it and found a wrecked s14
they sit great to me, im not much on a streched tire but the 225's are a lil rolled in and i like it alot
