Silvia Badges

I know there are varying opinions on the use of Silvia badges on our 240sx's(lol), but i need some information. On what S14s did the red badges come on, and on what S14s did the black badges come on? I believe the red badges came on the SEs, can anyone verify that?

Red are K's which were the turbo silvias... I believe

if i'm not mistaken, red ones came on zenki's (95-96), black came on kouki's. dont quote me on this tho..

hmmm, interesting. i feel like the red badge would look a little strange on my Concord Grey S14.... also, the silver "Silvia" badges appear on the center grill piece and where the "240SX" is on the rear of our vehicles, correct?

well I have a 95 zenki silvia K's and the hood badge is green my side badges were also green I took off every badge except the hood badge the front grill did not have a badge, the front was covered by the hood. the rear center was just the big nissan symbol

so i should get green badges, eh? hmmm, weird, maybe i should call nissan and ask them what should be on my car...

I don't think anyone said what color to get I think they were just saying what color was on his Silvia. What color do you think would look good on your Grey car Black, Green, or Red that is your choice. I think personally I think the black would look good But I guess you are trying to go for a stock look right?

or you could leave the 240SX badge on there instead of beign a poser...just a suggestion.

Well time after time I have one or two in mind.

For kouki, the red hood badge came only with the Aero SE Sport package (very rare). Aero SE and below all have black hood badges.

For zenki Ive seen 2 different hood badges, the green/silver one and a green/yellowish one. Not too familiar with zenki badging.

lol, wow dude, you should chill out, kick back and have a Cold One (who got that?). i guess the black would look best, considering all of the other colors would clash pretty good with my paint. Concord Grey, if you remember, is a purple kind of color. Actually, I really like the color, i just need to wax it. Oh well, thanks for the help everybody, I'll probably give up on the perfect stock look and just go with some attractive and subtle badging. wOOt!!
