Yeah, Its a really easy thing to change out. I had to do mine about a month ago. Unfortunately, the power window regulator is $180 (iirc) from the dealership. And you have to buy the whole thing (doesn't include the motor though, which is probably a good thing) It's a pretty big contraption for what it does, if you think about it. Go to a junkyard, find a 240 with pwr windows and pull it yourself. That way you'll know how to do it when you do your car.....Also, if you want a pic of the regulator, I still have my broken one hanging around.

P.S. If you get it from the junkyard make sure it's in good shape (cable, and pullyes) otherwise you might have to do this again...soon
