sorry to hear about that situation. But none of you have it worst then us Hawaii drivers (actually it only pertains to the island of Oahu and not the other islands...fuckin strange). We require a "reconstruction permit" in order to "legally" (emphasis on the legal part) drive our modified cars LOL. If you dont have one and a Donut eater pig sees your car, instant ticket fine right there, and if they want to power trip and act all big, they will tow your car, and throw a registration stopper on your car so you cant register your car again unless you take it to the reconstruction permit place and get your car passed with a "recon sticker" and getting it passed is a BIG PITA issue. That reconstruction permit is by far the most RETARDED thing ever. I dont think any other place in America has that bullshit. Someone needs to do something about it lol, its really just pointless.
But to o/p. Best bet if you dont want to move, is just make your car look completely stock or make it so it doesnt draw alot of attention (no JDM drifter tyte miss match colored n ziptied car, that just bleeds look at my car).
