Clutch issues

hey guys, so ive been driving my car for literally one day.

It was driving just fine today, then all of a sudden now it is hard to go into gear. The clutch grabs at the very bottom of the pedal, basically foot is on the floor. Then putting it into first you have to jam it in, and it will grind, same with second. I checked the fluid, seems fine.

The clutch is a stage 4 spec, unsprung. Brand new about 3 years ago, and the car had maybe 3000km since. It sat for a year until now.

any ideas? need help asap. it was grabbing great all day, still grab really well, but theres only like an inch of movement from the pedal to the floor, to all the way out.

is it possible that it would get out of adjustment? because i let the clutch out maybe 1/4 inch and it starts the engage, which is realllllly early. but it was fine earlier? seems weird.

I guess tomorrow i will bleed the lines, and adjust the pedal and see what happens.

This. Just look under the car on the right hand side. Have someone push the clutch pedal and see if it engages.
