is it rough all the way up or does it smooth out at a certian RPM?

Have you checked the ECU for codes?

what mods does the car have?

Have you checked the IC piping for leaks (use soapy water in a spray bottle)?

Not to sound dumb, but how exactly do you set plug gap? I have a general idea but not exactly sure. (I can change a tranny and clutch but can't set plug gap, whats wrong w/me??? )

You use a spark plug gap gauge

here's mine (coin type) ..sorry about the crap quality, can't get the camera to focus very well...


they're available at most auto parts stores, pretty easy to find.
