is it rough all the way up or does it smooth out at a certian RPM?
Have you checked the ECU for codes? what mods does the car have? Have you checked the IC piping for leaks (use soapy water in a spray bottle)?

Not to sound dumb, but how exactly do you set plug gap? I have a general idea but not exactly sure. (I can change a tranny and clutch but can't set plug gap, whats wrong w/me???
