Bowflex makes a seat you should check out.

J/K. I'm 6'1", 185, 34" waist. I'm running a Buddy Club wide on Bride rails. I modified the fuck out of the rails, and squeezed that seat in there. Works great, and I have plenty of hip wiggle room in the bottom end of the seat.
