thats a very elaborate response im impressed he did that. Even though i dont live in cali (and i dont) i believe that the standards set for emissions on older cars is probabbly something to be remarkably out of line and unfeasable for the emissions standards produced during their time. i believe all cars should have a cat and not a test pipe. cry all you want but to save 50$ and gain 1hp for the remarkable differences in damage you do to the air i feel no sorrow. yea doing alot of other things will modify emissions but i draw the line on the cat, its just not worth it.

summed blabbery: older cars shouldnt be smogged imho but should be equipped with a cat.
