is your friend footing the bill for your car???
do either of you have a solid understanding of how cams work (ie lift vs duration, etc)? what makes you think that complete strangers on the internet would have a better idea than, say, asking the manufacturer? when you say "i'm wanting to do headwork", are you talking about having a reputable machine shop or engine builder do a complete 3 or 5 angle valve cut, and cc each combustion chamber? or are you just talking about stuffing new valve guides and upgraded springs in and calling it a day? "we" are just dudes on the internet, YOU need to do some research, and then make your OWN decisions. personally i think you should take 2jz cams, cut 2 cylinders worth of lobes off, and stuff em in your sr. That would be way hellaillestjdmtyte. |
