SR redtop aem ems2 problems fuel issue

hi

my freind recently installed the ems2 and it dint started up, because of wiring issues. so now he took all the wiring out and started with new. now everything is set back again and its connecting but again its giving issues when we try to start up the car it goes into waiting then again connect. we are using aem base calibration file and everything thing is going oki except it gives very low or no pulse in injectors, wires are seem to be ok and tested the injectors they are fine ..

can someone tell how to fix these problems or how to set the settings ...................

i tried on aem forums no help so far ...i need this this thing get running

from the frist two graph while cranking it shows this

on the third graph what ever we do the injectors are not coming on

is the ECU loosing power when in cranking position, sounds like it.

yes ecus coonects ...while cranking ecu waiting then again connects and injectors are not spraying at alll

fix the ecu power issue first, mainly eccs

The ecu connection problem is fixed, it was the battery issue, now i have a stable connection, but still the car wont start, i have hooked up a led strip on the injector wiring to see pulse but there is no pulse, the car is cranking and everything but so far no luck

I would double check that tiring, with a meter to one side of the fuel injectors you will have positive voltage, the ECU actives them by switching the gounds, so look for power to the injectors and did you do all the pin changes and trigger wheel disk?

yes, i have done all teh changes and installed the trigger disk, see if i manually put gas from the intake mani, the car starts, but since the injectors are not on, the car shuts down. i will double check the injector wiring, am i not calibrating it corectly or what ?:S

I had some issues with mine at first because the wiring table was not super cut and dry and I lost a 5V signal voltage. When you did your TPS wizard it goes from .4 to about 4.8VDC on the screen? In the injector table are the injectors turned on? Send me the map file your using and I will check it out
