Umm, you do know you got coilpacks right? There is no wires to change. Tune up on this cars should have been done BEFORE you put in the car. Do radiator/coolant flush, colder or atleast new thermostat, new water pump, fresh plugs that are gapped to .030, fresh oil and filter...other than those, those's nothing else you really need to change. I'd check the TPS to make sure its set, double check your base timing and do a boost leak check.

PS: You dont have a T28 turbo...you have a T3 turbo.
