I had the same problem while dropping my diff a couple months ago. I put the wrench on the bolt and whacked it with a hammer. It was loose by the 2nd impact. Didnt even have it in gear or have the Ebrake up.

Use the box end of the wrench and tap it in the correct direction with a hammer. They'll break loose eventually.

-Edit-

Now that I think about it, you need to be using two 13mm wrenches if I'm not mistaken. The nut will not spin on the diff side because of the pinion flange. You need to be loosening the bolt on the driveshaft side of the flange.

I eventually broke down and used an angle grinder/dremel.

If you have a small propane torch you can use that too to potentially help out. Try to heat the nut and it will help things expand. Put your 14mm wrench over the nut, and then use the two wrench trick. Should come right off.

2 wrench trick:

For someone reading this in the future upon searching, you can always take a long screw driver/bar/whatever and jam it through the U joints and let it 'jam' against the body to help remove them too. I always do that as I'm too lazy to get back out from under the car to release the e brake to spin the shaft over to get to the opposite bolts (same trick used when taking the CV axles out).

I do that screw driver/bar trick in the junkyard also.
Except that I would put the screwdriver on the "vents" of the rotors (if they had any) and they would jam against the caliper.

I usually stick a pry bay between the U-joints if I'm too lazy to keep crawling under the car to pull/drop the Ebrake.
