Sr20 Upper dash harness confusion help!
Im doing the SOHC to SR20det swap.
I understand that using a DOHC chassis makes everything easier so ive got a understanding of what needs to be done. I already picked up the DOHC cluster and harness that plugs into it. ![]() But Isent there supposed to be a white connector here where the wires are connected with clips? Doesent look factory to me... ![]() ![]() I have the sr harness here with the upper wires wired for DOHC so i know i cant use the brown plug. ![]() Im guessing this is where i match the wires with the Brown plug to where the wires are connected with the clips? Or am i completely wrong? ![]() |

You're right. You should just try to find the female(dash) side to the brown plug from someone parting an entire chassis out and solder it in so you'll aqlways be able to unclip it. That is if you have that kind of time and patience.
