REPLACE your busted S15 turbo with a POWER ENTERPRISE
S15 turbo specs-
0.64 A/R Turbine Housing / 62 Trim
.60 A/R Compressor Housing / 60 Trim Wheel

IHI VN14 (Power Enterprise 1420)-
Dual Ball bearing turbocharger
Inducer
1.79"/45.5mm
Exducer
2.37"/60mm

Turbine
Exducer
1.73"/44
Inducer
1.89"/48mm

Flow Chart-


Doing the math-

1 m3/min = 35.314 CFM x .076 = 2.68 lbs/min 2.25 bar at roughly 74% efficiency

2.68 lbs/min x 13.5 = 36.18/min (The S15 flows at 31lb/min)


With that said, there is NO shaft play. It's a dual ball bearing turbo.
