I have not tried this but I do not think so as they are a bit dofferent in size.

I'm not fimiliar with how those clusters are wired up in the back but if all 3 points on the back that screw through the cluster into the tach are the same I wouldn't see why not. On the back of the clusters on a 240 is a tiny thin sheet with traces on it like a flexible PCM.
