It ran yesterday but the fusebox harness was really mangled so I swapped it out with an auto harness I had in the shed that is really clean. The first thing I noticed with the auto fusebox harness was that my car wouldn't crank. So I bypassed a plug and it cranks now. See below - this will be soldered/heatshrinked.
So with that jumped the car will crank over, but it won't spark... There are a few plugs on the new auto fusebox where I can't figure out where they go. Maybe someone can help me and maybe this is why it's not sparking?

Pretty sure this is the connector for the auto trans computer control thing. Shouldn't matter with those two wires spliced together.
I believe the red and white wire here is for a voltage signal to the alternator. It may be related with the red and white wire in the picture below.
Think this is for the ac condenser fan.
No idea
Note red and white wire. Other 2 i think are for reverse light switch on trans.
Not sure.
Try finding a FSM and looking through the wiring diagrams. I printed out a bunch of the pages when i went through my harness. Converted from auto to 5 spd and couple years after cleaned out unnecessary wires.
