Regardless of the condition of what the spark plug tips look like, you will need to replace the valvecover gaskets or else you'll have ignition failure for that specific cylinder.

Right, i understood the part that the valve cover gasket is in need of replacement, just not aware of the plug rings needing replacement. But if you guys say they need to be it will be done
