its not really from "yahoo japan". It's just basic domestic shipping charges from seller to your shipper. Then international charge from shipper to you. Whoever gets the seat for you from the auction will charge you a cut since they are taking the time out of their day to provide you with a service.

Reclining seats are usually more expensive due to their weight over a true bucket. Streeter guesstimate was ~500 a seat for my reclining seats.

I was looking at a zeta 2 and it weighs like 6.7kg so roughly 15lbs. The prices were pretty low too, around 10,000-20,000 yen. Im just worried ill have to pay some ridiculous amount for shipping.
