do you mean -30mm or -.30 inch (-8mm)?

Either way:

- offset has no bearing on brake clearance, spoke design is all that matters there.
- all these numbers mean nothing without width of both the wheel and the tire you intend to use.
- diameter is relatively unimportant with regards to fitment.
- negative offset wheels will stick way out of the bodywork lowrider style.

225/40/18 front and 245/40/18 rear, and the wheels are like 7.5 inch wide i believe, they are stock 350z touring wheels

Oh, those are like +30mm offset, not -30mm.

They should fit fine.

stock 350z touring wheels are 18x7.5? That sucks.

EDIT: They're actually....
18" x 8.0" (front)/8.0" (rear) 6-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels

18" x 8.0" (front)/8.5" (rear) Rays® super-lightweight 6-spoke forged-alloy wheels

Why not 9"? Oh well...
