bad t/o bearing = grinding noise when you are on the clutch; nothing else.

if the clutch is grabbing when you are on the clutch, first thing i would do is bleed the clutch. also check to see if your slave cylinder is failing... otherwise i dunno... something in there is fucked up. it's obvious that even when you are on the clutch, it's not disengaging fully.

edit : note for future driving, when you are stopped at a traffic light sitting, your foot should be on the dead pedal and the shifter in neutral. you do not hold down the clutch everytime you are neutral... that is one form of riding the clutch. it prematurely wears your t/o bearing (which is prob why you have a bad t/o bearing now).
