CA 1997 S14 for sale

I'm selling my 1997 240SX SE due to an upcoming move (currently located in Berkeley, CA) for $3000. I've been the owner of the vehicle for the past 12 years and it has been very reliable. No accidents, clean title. Exterior of the car is 100% stock (real kouki). A few bumper scratches and a little chipped paint acquired from parking on the street (live close to Berkeley Bowl, lots of traffic). Not looking for trades. Not parting it out.

Automatic transmission, working AC/heat, leather seating, sunroof. Only mods are an Injen intake and a 5zigen exhaust (CARB approved). Idles well. Just smogged and tags are fairly new (Nov).

Issues:

When the engine is cold, the transmission shifts hard when dropped into D and from 1st to 2nd. The driver's side window needs to be put back on track (window motor still works). Tachometer needs a new sensor.
