stupid ebay downpipes - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

i did a buy it now for a downpipe on ebay from RVM wheels, dohccivicna1250 is the seller and they used to sell more dp's and mani's and i'm sure people here have bought from them. so i do a buy it now and send the money out right after on aug 5th. the check cleared the 15th and the whole time they are telling me they havent got the money, blah, blah,. so finally i fax them the copy of the cleared check and tell them i want my money back cause im pissed, i dont get a response and the dp come in on the 16th of sept. w/o gaskets or harware and it was supposed too. i've been calling and they keep telling me to send them an email asking for the stuff but i have and i havent got anything yet. what do i do? and they also did an unpaid item strike on my ebay account.

Sounds like you need to bust there ass's. Im not aware of the proper procedure, but they should be held accountable.

i've bought stuff from him before, (rims, Z32 IC pipe kit) hes usually very good, im pretty sure his ebay user ID is also his AIM s/n...
