If I remember right, it removes the rev limiter entirely, you essentially ahve no redline. The other mods to your car would merely prevent it from blowing up <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
