^ user Mogli was selling them as "custom rear s13 brace".
I contacted him to try and find some info on who made it but all he said is that he sold them.

socalschassis.com has a group buy going for GTSPEC C-Pillar Brace's.

I was told GTSPEC was planning on discontinuing these braces. Might be a good thing to jump on to if you were looking for a c-pillar brace.
