s14 Fuel Injector issue?

I've had an issue with my car bogging as I'm driving it. I will list the symptoms and things I've replaced.

Symptoms:
Bogging
Car cut off at light (happened one time)
Car sounds like I have a damn turbo but no noticeable air leaks unless its my exhaust
Fuel smell

New parts:
IACV
Fuel pump (Walbro 255)
Plugs, wires, distr cap and rotor
Fuel Filter
Coolant Temp sensor

The only thing I can think of now is the damn injectors. I replaced the IACV today (computer was throwing a code). Started car back up and reset ecu to check codes again. At first it threw a code 45 (car is not a CA model). Then I drove it home and bogging started back up. Checked again when I got home and it threw the code for the EGR.

Do you have access to a fuel pressure or flow tester? You could potentially have installed the fuel filter the wrong way round, that can cause flow issues.

this means nothing. YOU need to verify it. don't trust the word of some shop unless you were there to witness them do testing.

Well just picked up the car and the final diagnosis is the EGR solenoid is bad. I stood there with the guy for awhile as he checked out the injectors and everything checked out fine. After reading what kind of issues that part can cause it sounds like what I've been going through.

so have you tested the egr solenoid to see if it functions?

I mean, if the ecu is throwing an egr code, for the egr, then that's probably a decent place to start.

Personally...no. Did the shop..yes and it was not working. Only reason I'm just now looking at the egr is because that cel has been on forever and I've never had this issue before. The only time the cel ever changed was when the issue first started and it threw the code for the IACV which has since been changed and the code is gone.
